Overview
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Proven expertise in developing automated processes using Meta BOTs and OCR technology.
- Strong proficiency in creating reusable components and developing automation as per the design document.
- Experience working with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and propose RPA solutions.
- Ability to comply with design, coding standards, policies, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience in unit testing, creating and testing Unit Test Cases, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with Business SMEs to gather automation requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
- Design, develop, and implement automation processes, ensuring quality and consistency by complying with design and coding standards.
- Implement comprehensive exception handling mechanisms for bots from technical and operational perspectives.
- Test and deploy automation processes, providing operational support as required.
- Identify internal and external process dependencies and communicate potential issues to management.
Skills Required
- Automation Engineering: Expertise in developing, testing, and deploying automated processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Meta BOTs and OCR: Strong knowledge of Meta BOTs and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.
- Reusable Components: Ability to develop and configure reusable automation components.
- Business Collaboration: Engage with Business SMEs to gather and assess automation requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documents and test cases for automated processes.
- Testing and UAT Support: Experience in executing unit test cases and supporting SMEs during UAT.
