  • Job Position: Inside Sales (Telesales)
  • Job Location: Mumbai, India (Remote after training)
  • Salary Package: ₹4-6 Lacs P.A. (Including Variable: 30%)

  • Education Level:Bachelor’s degree / Any Graduation
  • 0-5 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record in converting leads and achieving sales targets
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Work on system-qualified high-income leads of registered users to convert them from free to paid or upgrade.
  • Sell membership plans via phone/chat/video call and update details accurately in CRM software.
  • Achieve sales targets by counseling registered users on Jeevansaathi.com.
  • Maintain communication quality standards as per defined metrics.
  • Maximize profitability through higher lead conversion from calls and chats.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
